Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on experience developing and validating OnCore calendar builds.
• Experience with OnCore CTMS platforms is required.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and configure OnCore protocol shells for new and existing studies.
• Input study information into OnCore and manage calendar and budget builds.
• Perform QC checks to ensure calendar and budget accuracy.
• Build study specifications directly in OnCore when applicable.
• Serve as liaison between study teams and external vendors; coordinate requests.
• Train staff and maintain audit-ready documentation; track builds and tasks.
