AppFolio is seeking an Onboarding Specialist I for Payments & Screening, focused on providing a smooth onboarding experience for customers and guiding them through setup of Online Payments & Screening platforms. You will lead implementation meetings and ensure progress at every stage of the project.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Advanced proficiency with technology; experience using Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a smooth onboarding experience for AppFolio online payments and screening.
• Be the primary contact for clients during implementation and conduct regular project meetings.
• Develop business acumen and deliver a joyful, personalized customer experience from day one.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Underwriting, Customer Care, and Performance teams to ensure success.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions.
