Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an Implementation Analyst to lead client onboarding and system conversions from discovery through training. The role involves configuring solutions, managing data transfers, and ensuring alignment with client business objectives both remotely and onsite as needed.

You will partner with clients and internal teams, perform testing, and deliver comprehensive training to ensure a seamless transition to ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience or degree in Business or Computer Science preferred.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for assigned implementations, supporting system conversions and configuration to meet client requirements.
• Partner with clients and internal teams during discovery and implementation phases to analyze business needs and resolve configuration discrepancies.
• Support data mapping, validation, and conversion activities with field-level requirements and data accuracy checks.
• Deliver client training and technical education, including documentation and onboarding for long-term support teams; travel up to 50% and onsite as needed.
