Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and the Google Suite.
• Advanced proficiency with technology; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
