Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in an IT helpdesk role
• Strong knowledge of hardware peripherals and networking basics
• Experience with Exchange/Office 365 and Active Directory

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote assistance to CompassMSP clients
• Troubleshoot desktop, server, and network issues
• Support virtual environments, DNS, VPN, and SharePoint as needed
• Document issues and resolutions for the service desk
• Collaborate with the team on projects and best practices
• Maintain security best practices and backups
