Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in digital commerce, omni-channel or retail operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Understanding of digital commerce fundamentals like conversion, customer journey optimization, promotions, and merchandising.
• Excellent organization and project management in fast-paced environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools.

• Drive omni-commerce growth initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
• Own the omni-commerce marketplace strategy with partnerships, including DoorDash and Instacart, and explore new opportunities.
• Lead performance analysis across omni-channel programs and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Optimize the omni-channel customer journey across digital experiences and fulfillment capabilities.
• Lead pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategy across channels.
• Track KPIs and deliver executive-ready reporting and insights.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Digital Experience, Fulfillment, and Operations.
• Coordinate channel launches and enhancements with technical and business teams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement using data and feedback.
• Coordinate vendor and partner alignment to accelerate initiatives.
