Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Commerce Lead to drive growth across Same-Day Delivery, Pickup, Ship-to-Home, and Marketplace channels.

You will partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Digital Experience, Fulfillment and Operations to identify opportunities and optimize performance. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional leadership, and delivery of scalable omni-channel experiences aligned with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in digital commerce, omni-channel or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to drive decisions.
Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Drive omni-commerce growth initiatives with go-to-market and eCommerce strategies.
Own the omni-commerce marketplace strategy including partnerships like DoorDash and Instacart.
Manage day-to-day channel performance and translate insights into actionable plans.
Optimize the customer purchase journey across digital experiences and fulfillment.
Lead pricing, promotions, and merchandising across omni-channel channels.
Track KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Foster cross-functional partnerships to deliver omni-commerce initiatives.
