• Experience with NetSuite and ADP payroll preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: Review, code, and process vendor invoices.
• Accounts Payable: Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Payroll Administration: Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
• Sales Tax & Compliance: Prepare and file sales and use tax returns.
• General Accounting Support: Assist with month-end close activities and reporting.
