Voith US Inc. is seeking an Offer Project Manager II (OPM-II) in York, PA. The role combines technical insight with proposal leadership to drive the end-to-end OTO process for projects in the power generation sector.

The successful candidate will guide conceptual engineering, cost estimation, scheduling, and coordination with the OTC team, while leading multi-disciplinary proposal efforts and coordinating with sales to secure contracts. Travel will be required as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or related discipline.
• Five years of experience in the power generation industry preferred, two years in hydro generation desired.
• Broad technical background as related to energy sector.
• Experience in sales and proposal preparation with understanding of project financial concepts, estimation and risk management.

Mansioni

• Orchestrating practices and managing internal and external commitments from Direction Setting to signing the Contract during the Offer-to-Order (OTO) phase.
• Providing proposal team leadership in Conceptual Engineering, scheduling, and cost calculation during the OTO process.
• Collaborating with the Execution (OTC) Team at Contract negotiation phase.
• Leading the proposal effort and authoring offers for projects, including modernization or hydro projects.
• Lead technical meetings and offer presentations internally and externally.
• Support the Sales Team to negotiate and secure the project.
• Prepare handover and design review meetings to transfer awarded contracts to Project Management or Engineering Project Leaders.
