Voith Group in York, PA is seeking an Engineer II to deliver design solutions from inception through production. You will provide technical leadership on small projects, use CAD/CAE tools, and support manufacturing strategies from the outset. The role requires collaboration across teams and strong problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering with 3–5 years of related experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience with a proven project track record.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare/update designs for customer projects (OTC).
• Contribute to process improvement and standardization objectives.
• Lead small project design efforts and provide technical leadership through contracts to completion.
• Define sourcing and manufacturing strategies at project start.
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings for manufacturing.
