Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
• 8-12 years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience supporting engineered-to-order (ETO), EPC, industrial projects.
• Proven success managing procurement for complex multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong background in commercial negotiations, supplier management, and contract administration.
• Experience with major equipment suppliers, fabrication subcontractors and service providers.
• Experience working in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, IFS, MS Dynamics).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for assigned projects from handover to closeout.
• Develop and maintain Project Procurement Plans and schedules.
• Lead RFQs, bid packages, tender processes and supplier solicitations.
• Coordinate bid evaluations with cross-functional teams to select suppliers.
• Negotiate and execute purchase orders, subcontracts and service contracts.
• Manage supplier performance, schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor procurement progress against milestones and resolve delays.
