Job summary

FCM Meetings & Events, New York, is seeking an Event Technology Manager to lead tech-enabled events from planning to execution. You’ll drive technology strategy, deliver digital solutions, and oversee the attendee experience across hybrid and on-site formats.

In this role you will collaborate with Global Event Marketing, manage multiple projects, and travel up to 50% during peak periods. Hybrid work and a dynamic team culture are offered in New York.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of event management and/or event technology experience in a corporate setting.
• Proven on-site event support experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of Cvent; Cvent certification preferred.
• Experience with mobile apps, registration systems, and event analytics.
• Ability to learn new tech quickly and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Project manage and execute mobile app builds using Cvent Attendee Hub.
• Execute on-site event tech including registration, badge printing, and logistics.
• Manage event analytics, post-event surveys, and reporting.
• Train users and maintain documentation for event tech platforms.
• Support onboarding of new technologies and integrations.
• Collaborate with event managers on best practices and solutions.
• Monitor trends and implement innovative event tech ideas.
• Travel to events and provide on-site support during peak periods.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and welcoming work environment.
