Qualifications
- 3+ years in event management or event technology in a corporate setting.
- Proven on-site event support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Cvent; Cvent certification preferred.
- Experience with mobile apps, registration systems, and event analytics.
- Ability to travel up to 50% during peak periods.
- Ability to work in-office as required.
Responsibilities
- Project manage and execute mobile app builds with Cvent Attendee Hub.
- Execute on-site event technology solutions including registration, badge printing, and attendee logistics.
- Manage event analytics, surveys, and reporting.
- Train internal users and maintain documentation.
- Support onboarding of new technologies and integrations.
- Collaborate with event managers on best practices.
