The Associate Event Technology Manager supports delivery of event technology solutions, including registration websites and platforms, data management, and reporting with advanced Excel skills.

Travel may be required, with hybrid work in Jersey City, NJ. You will build and configure platforms, manage databases, and provide onsite and remote support to ensure smooth event

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in Attendee Data Management and Event Technology, including entry level meeting planning and coordination with registration and event technology
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint
• Proficiency with event registration platforms such as Cvent, Splash, Certain, Aventri, Eventbrite, or similar systems

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and project management of event registration websites, mobile apps, and related platforms for assigned events, from setup through live execution and post-event closeout
• Serve as primary client contact on event technology matters, providing recommendations on platform selection and attendee experience design
• Configure, test, and execute event technology systems, balancing multiple projects and timelines across teams and vendors
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely and onsite to ensure seamless delivery
• During live events, act as lead onsite Event Technology representative overseeing registration desks and system performance
• Manage all technology-related client communications including save-the-dates, invitations, registration, confirmations, surveys
• Oversee database and list management with accurate reporting and analytics for decision-making
