This role is the primary technical owner and lead administrator of the enterprise-wide Contract Management System (CMS), overseeing configuration, support, and continuous improvement while addressing daily issues for all users. The Manager will liaise with the IEEE Legal & Compliance team, staff, volunteers, and vendors; oversee other L&C tech platforms,

Competenze

• Serves as enterprise CMS owner and lead administrator.
• Responsible for configuration, support, and continuous improvement of CMS.
• Diagnose and resolve CMS and legal tech issues with data integrity in mind.
• Provide end-user training and create guidance materials for CMS and related tools.
• Coordinate integrations and migrations with IT and other platforms.

Mansioni

• Own and manage the Contract Management System (CMS) lifecycle and user contact.
• Configure CMS workflows, permissions, routing, and integrations; implement enhancements.
• Perform testing, QA, and system improvements; address defects and data inconsistencies.
• Administer other Legal & Compliance tech platforms (matter management, e-billing, document execution).
• Develop training materials, FAQs, and knowledge resources; maintain internal pages for accuracy.
