In addition to CMS ownership, the Manager will manage and support other L&C technology platforms (including legal matter management, e‑billing, whistleblower reporting, and restricted party screening platforms), and, in partnership with IEEE's IT team, the Manager will work to identify and implement applications and tools to optimize efficiency, improve knowledge management, and enhance automation across L&C functions.
