TileBar, a leader in tile and interiors, seeks an Accounts Payable Manager in New York with hybrid onsite/remote work (3 days onsite, 2 remote). You will lead the AP team, manage vendor payments, and coordinate with CFO on cash flow and reporting.

Role requires 5+ years in AP, 3+ years in management, and strong Excel/ERP skills. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of accounts payable experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in a large enterprise with high monthly expenses (> $5M).
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication with accounting team and other departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (Great Plains Dynamics 365 or NetSuite).
• Experience with expense software (Concur) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise AP department staff, onsite and offshore.
• Maintain AP general ledger and monitor AP inbox.
• Handle daily/weekly/monthly tasks: expense processing and approvals; respond to AP requests.
• Manage vendor accounts and ensure timely payments.
• Participate in weekly cash disbursement meetings with CFO and finance.
• Prepare weekly cash disbursement runs (ACH, wires, checks).
• Ensure accuracy of high volume invoice data entry and assist with processing.
• Process tax-related tasks (1099 information).
• Provide training to new and existing staff.
