Job summary

TileBar is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager in New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The role leads the AP function, manages staff, and partners with CFO and finance on cash flow and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP with 3+ years in management, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems like Great Plains, Dynamics 365, or NetSuite. Concur experience is a plus. Competitive compensation is provided.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of accounts payable experience and 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in a large enterprise with monthly expenses > $5M.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask and meet monthly reporting deadlines.
• Ability to manage high-volume transactions and time-sensitive requests.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
• Experience with ERP or accounting software (Great Plains Dynamics 365 or NetSuite preferred).
• Experience with expense software (Concur a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage the accounts payable department and staff, including on-site and offshore team members.
• Maintain the AP general ledger and ensure daily tasks are completed by the team.
• Oversee expense processing, approvals, and AP inquiries; participate in cash disbursement meetings.
• Manage vendor accounts and ensure timely payments within terms.
• Lead weekly cash disbursement meetings with CFO and finance teams.
• Ensure accuracy of high-volume invoice data entry and processing of various invoices.
• Process all tax-related tasks, such as 1099 information.
• Provide training to new and existing staff.
