Job summary

OCES is expanding to serve the south shore area and seeks a dedicated Nutrition Program Specialist to support records, billing, and reporting. You will ensure data accuracy, manage meal counts, and coordinate with a caterer while maintaining strong client communications.

The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365. A 35-hour week with hybrid work and opportunities for professional growth are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred.
• 2 years' experience in a relevant business environment.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual a plus; Haitian Creole or Cape Verde Creole preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyses procedures and recommends improvements to reduce paperwork.
• Analyzing service deliveries and other data elements
• Independently prepare reports to ensure program compliance
• Maintaining organized meal counts, order sheets, and kitchen reports
• Provide office coverage for Nutrition Supervisors
• Take the lead role as daily contact with the Nutrition caterer
• Updating SAMS and other systems as required
• Other duties as assigned
