Job summary

Old Colony Elder Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Nutrition Program Assistant to support the nutrition program through consumer records, billing, and reporting, contributing to accurate data and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to respect the workplace privacy and confidentiality.
• Ability to work with statistical and financial data.
• Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and update data for consumers within appropriate record systems.
• Provide accurate reports as required by the department.
• Assist staff in setting up intake packets and submitting/tracking PCP, ATC, NOA, and VA letters.
• Communicate with program management regarding information related to file setup and issues with paperwork.
• Provide telephone coverage for the Nutrition department, as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
