Job summary

Old Colony Elder Services (OCES) is expanding its Nutrition Program team to support consumer records, billing, and reporting. The Nutrition Program Specialist willAnalyze procedures to streamline processes, prepare reports for compliance, and maintain accurate meal counts and kitchen reports while supporting Nutrition Supervisors.

You will be the daily liaison with the nutrition caterers, ensure updates to SAMS and related systems, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a relevant business environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes procedures and suggests workflow improvements; implement after approval.
• Prepare and review reports to ensure program compliance.
• Maintain accurate meal counts, order sheets, and kitchen reports.
• Provide office coverage for Nutrition Supervisors.
• Serve as daily contact with the Nutrition caterer(s).
• Update SAMS and other systems as required.
