Job summary

Old Colony Elder Services (OCES) seeks a Nutrition Program Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of congregate meal-sites and Home Delivered Meals in the south shore area, including Quincy and Brockton. You will lead staff, coordinate delivery routes, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

A Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Human Services is required, along with three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Human Services required.
• Three years of experience in community or elder service programs.
• Must have personal computer with secure internet access at home.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must possess or obtain food safety certifications.
• Ability to travel and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal billing as needed.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, routes, and personnel.
• Develop and recommend program improvements.
• Ensure consumer satisfaction standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Generate and update program related reports as needed.
• Maintain updated inventory of equipment needed in department and meal sites.
• Monitor meal operations to ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Oversee training, supervision, scheduling, and evaluation of assigned staff.
• Perform bi-annual meal-site inspections.
• Review and approve invoices for meals and site/caterer supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do
