Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking an experienced professional to support license renewal and aging management implementations across the U.S. nuclear fleet. The role focuses on translating LR/SLR commitments into field-ready inspection and execution plans, with potential VT-1/VT-2 visual inspections.

The ideal candidate brings LR/SLR experience, cross-disciplinary collaboration skills, and proven ability to bridge technical aging requirements with work management and field execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in design and analysis of nuclear, industrial, or DOE facilities.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience managing medium-to-large projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Licensed Operator for a Utility.
• Experience delivering accurate, high-quality technical documentation in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with engineering documentation systems, nuclear QA/QC, and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• License renewal and aging management implementation.
• Define and maintain sample populations and inspection scopes with LR/SLR commitments.
• Map inspections to NRC regulations and AMP requirements.
• Coordinate LR/SLR opportunities with schedulers and field teams.
• Develop and maintain engineering program basis documentation.
• Support NRC commitment tracking and closure.
