Job summary

Aspire Digital Solutions in Ridgefield, CT, is seeking a New Business Account Executive to lead end-to-end client acquisition. You'll identify prospects, run discovery conversations, and coordinate with our strategy team to shape proposals.

Reporting to the Founder and CEO, you’ll drive engagements from $4,000 to $15,000 monthly retainer and $8,000 to $25,000 projects. This hybrid role requires living within driving distance of Ridgefield.

Qualifications

• Five years of sales experience in marketing, advertising, or professional services.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to explain marketing to business owners.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities among Aspire's target market.
• Build relationships with decision makers through outbound outreach and networking.
• Run discovery conversations to uncover client priorities and gaps in current marketing.
• Collaborate with strategy to shape proposals around client priorities.
• Present proposals and pricing, and negotiate terms through to a signed agreement.
• Manage an active pipeline and keep CRM records up to date.
• Meet or exceed new business targets monthly and quarterly.
• Represent Aspire at industry events and build referral relationships.
