EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategy Consultant to help CMOs and digital leaders turn emerging tech, including AI, into actionable strategy and stories.

The role blends shaping new client propositions with leading strategy on live engagements in a hybrid setup near hubs like Boston. You will own proposals, lead client presentations, and partner with creative and engineering teams to deliver cohesive solutions across global accounts, driving measurable impact and growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in marketing strategy or consultancy in digital/creative context.
• Ability to turn briefs into client-ready narratives and decks from outline to final slide.
• Hands-on pre-sales experience with proposals and pitch materials.
• Understanding of creative production and media planning processes.
• Curiosity about AI, automation, and martech; explain use cases in business terms.
• Experience partnering with engineering, data, and creative teams on integrated engagements.
• Clear communication, presentation, storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across global accounts in a matrix.

Responsibilities

• Define and package propositions that translate AI and marketing tech into storytelling and go-to-market assets.
• Own the narrative and first draft of proposals, pitches, and marketing materials with creative and engineering teams.
• Lead strategic direction on active client engagements to ensure solutions align with goals and deliver impact.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor (CMOs and digital leaders).
• Drive integrated strategies across creative, media, and technical delivery streams for cohesive solutions.
• Use real-world insights to refine propositions, tools, and methodologies for future engagements.
• Lead executive-level presentations and strategy workshops with clarity and authority.
• Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and support business development.
