Job summary

RedCloud Consulting, Inc. seeks a Networking & Controls Lead Project Manager in Omaha, NE, hybrid. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across design, construction, and data center operations to ensure timely integration of controls and networking systems during construction.

The role requires 3+ years in data center or engineering/construction, strong TPM skills, and experience with OT networking and industrial controls. Willingness to travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in Data Center infrastructure, critical environment equipment, or the Engineering/Construction industry.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and technical programs.
• Experience supporting hyperscale cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with OT and industrial networking practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside at construction locations in the Omaha area.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Coordination: coordinate workstreams between Design Engineering, Construction, and Data Center Operations to insert changes without delaying schedule.
• Integration Oversight: oversee testing, commissioning, and integration of industrial controls and networking field devices and switches.
• Technical Compliance & Documentation: review RFIs and Engineering Bulletins, read drawings, monitor progress, and route issues to the right teams.
• Stakeholder Management: facilitate regular meetings to communicate updates and track technical action items.
• Mobility and On-Site Presence: frequent travel to project sites with full-time residency at construction locations in Omaha area (up to 50%).
