  • Coordinate technical workstreams between Design Engineering, Construction, and Data Center Operations (DCOps) to ensure that technical changes in-flight are inserted without impacting overall schedule.
  • Managing Building Management Systems (BMS), Power Monitoring Systems (PMS), and networking related projects.
Integration Oversight
  • Oversee the testing, commissioning, and integration of industrial controls and networking field devices and network switches.
Technical Compliance & Documentation
  • Review and assist in technical answer Requests for Information (RFIs), and review the Engineering Bulletins (EB), accessing, reading drawings and monitor overall progress.
  • When issues arise, make technical judgement and direct the query to the right team to quickly resolve.
Stakeholder Management
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings to communicate program updates, track technical action items, and address systemic risks related to assigned projects.
Mobility and On-Site Presence
  • Frequent travel to various project sites with a requirement for full-time residency at construction locations in Omaha area. Up to 50% travel expected.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:
  • Industrial Controls: Basic understanding of Networking Switches, Networking Diagrams, PLC, SCADA, HMI, BMS, and PMS architectures.
  • Networking Protocols: Strong understanding of industrial networking including TCP/IP, Ethernet/IP, and Modbus RTU/TCP ideal.
  • Software Tools: Experience with Google workspace tools and other industrial construction management software
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Data Center infrastructure, critical environment equipment, or the Engineering/Construction industry.
  • Proven experience in Technical Program Management (TPM) or Technical Project Coordination, including strong interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience supporting similar hyperscale cloud infrastructure preferred.
  • Familiarity with controls/network engineering concepts and data center infrastructure preferred.
  • Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) and OT industrial networking preferred.
