Job summary

RED Group in North Texas is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in Industrial Control Systems to drive critical projects from initiation to closeout. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder communications across multi-discipline teams in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Eng or related field.
• 5+ years in PM or project engineering in industrial controls.
• PMP preferred.
• Experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA design and programming.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and procurement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update projects in ERP, tracking hours, costs, and revenue.
• Process project setup, change orders, and closeouts.
• Coordinate with customers on tasks and expectations; attend meetings.
• Use scheduling tools to track plans, budgets, hours.
• Conduct project meetings and document updates.
• Manage document control and status reports.
• Assist with proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and address issues.
