Job summary

Compass Datacenters is seeking a senior IT/OT Infrastructure Lead to architect datacenter networking and Building Management System integration across construction projects. You will define IP fabrics, segmentation, and controls interfaces, and partner with contractors to hand off cleanly to operations.

• Datacenter network architecture: Design the IP fabric, switching, and routing topology for each facility.
• OT network design: Architect the operational technology network that carries BMS traffic, power monitoring, environmental sensors, and physical security systems.
• BMS integration: Define how building controls connect back to the network and own protocol decisions.
• Security segmentation: Design firewall rules, VLANs, and access controls to keep OT/BMS traffic isolated.
