RedCloud Consulting, Inc. seeks a Networking & Controls Lead Project Manager in Omaha, NE, hybrid. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across design, construction, and data center operations to ensure timely integration of controls and networking systems during construction.
The role requires 3+ years in data center or engineering/construction, strong TPM skills, and experience with OT networking and industrial controls. Willingness to travel up to 50% is expected.

Overview: The Networking & Controls Lead Project Manager plays a vital role in data center physical infrastructure and construction, including the coordination of technical change management, working with cross functional teams to monitor and control specific projects, working as a central point of contact to connect support teams with local teams, and unblocking the installation and commissioning process.
This role is responsible for ensuring that controls and networking systems projects and changes are seamlessly integrated during the construction phase and maintain speed and schedule of the project. The ideal candidate will act as a technical pivot point, managing the program-level execution of infrastructure products while ensuring cross-functional alignment between our client’s engineering teams, general contractors, and site integrators.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $150,000 - $165,000 (USD) + bonus programs + benefits.
