Job summary

Verizon seeks a Network Regulatory & Real Estate Specialist to support its real estate program in the Central Texas submarket. The role covers due diligence, lease negotiations, A&E coordination, and permit management for site development.

The position involves working in a hybrid setup in Irving, TX with coordination among Real Estate Specialists, SAR, and law firms, plus handling document routing and budget management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to efficiently use tools and applications such as MS Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to learn and efficiently use tools and applications such as FUZE SPM, WebEX

Responsibilities

• Tracking vendor performance and ensuring project trackers are updated.
• Collaborating with Real Estate Specialists, SAR, and law firms for Deal Memo packages.
• Receiving and uploading real estate documents into NetDocs/FUZE.
• Routing real estate documents to sub-market management for execution.
• Conducting deployment calls with vendors and project teams.
• Communicating project status updates to relevant teams and law firms.
• Creating, organizing, and maintaining real estate files.
• Driving project completion and site acquisition.
• Updating site databases with milestones and dates.
• Managing budget and PO processes for new sites.
• Sharing real estate documents with specialists and vendors.
• Researching and providing documentation needed for projects.
• Providing support to priority projects as needed.
