Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to ~25% of the time.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Track vendor performance and keep project trackers up to date.
• Prepare and route Deal Memo/Routing Documents for signature.
• Upload and manage real estate documents in NetDocs/FUZE.
• Route real estate documents to sub-market management for execution.
• Conduct deployment calls with vendors and project team.
• Update site databases with development milestones.
