Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Site Acquisition/ Real Estate Specialist in Irving, TX to lead real estate coordination for telecom small cell and in-building sites. This role requires strong experience in site acquisition, zoning, leasing and vendor management.

You will partner with 3rd party vendors, track milestones and financials, upload documents into Fuze, and ensure timely payments to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in cell site construction, acquisition and real estate coordination.
• Experience with small cells, in-building and DAS.
• Background in zoning, permitting and leasing agreements.
• Vendor coordination/management experience.
• Experience tracking milestones, financials and POs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate site acquisition duties for the client’s small cell and in-building cell sites.
• Partner with 3rd party vendors to track projects, milestones and financials.
• Upload real estate documents into client databases/systems (Fuze) and route to leadership for execution.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely payments, updates and remove bottlenecks to prevent delays.
• Update field data in client databases and handle related administrative duties.
