Title: Real Estate/Regulatory Engineer - In-Building

Location: Any Telecom Hub

DESCRIPTION:

You will be part of the national In-building PMO team interfacing with submarket teams, enterprise sales teams and senior leadership teams. You will help build the foundation that keeps Client in front of the competition. You will be managing the implementation of enterprise in-building projects and distributed antenna systems. These projects require interaction at the Director/VP level and development of Executive dashboards and presentations.

1. Managing all the internal/external stakeholders and the project from the inception stage to delivery and acceptance of the project.
2. Partnering with Legal, General Counsel, and other entities to assess legal risks and provide oversight for contract languages on agreements.
3. Managing key relationships of private landlords, tower owners, and third party integrators.
4. Coordinating and managing site walks to accurately gather all pertinent information related to Regulatory and Real Estate compliance.
5. Leading project update meetings for leadership and finding creative ways to resolve problems.
6. Utilizing agile project management practices to deliver on-time from project initiation to deployment.
7. Manage and lead the entire regulatory and real estate process for enterprise projects till the system is on air.
8. Ensuring all Network Methods and Procedures are updated.
9. Optimizing process flows for each flavor of the project.
10. Making sure operational training is secured and executed.
11. Managing project resources, and performing risk assessments and mitigation plans.
12. Driving Operations to the Standard Operating Environment and documenting process flows.
13. Providing regularly scheduled Executive level reporting.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

1. Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
2. Six or more years of relevant work experience.
3. Prior Client experience in Real Estate, Regulatory or Site Acquisition.
4. Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations in the telecommunications space.
5. Experience in NEPA, Section 106 and CATEX processes.
6. Experience in Environmental Requirements as it relates to Asbestos or Lead Based Paint.
7. Experience maintaining and addressing punch list items with vendors in a timely manner.
8. Experience managing project resources, and performing risk assessments and mitigation plans.
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
10. Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
11. Ability to multi-task, detail oriented with strong project management, organization and time.
12. Valid driver's license.

DESIRED SKILLS:

1. A Master's degree.
2. Ability to optimize process flows for backend process steps in the project.
3. Experience using confluence and JIRA software.
4. Familiar with Client’s Regulatory Construction, RFE/EME submissions, and Environmental review process.
5. Experience with Client Real Estate Document review & routing processes.
6. Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to project management.
7. Knowledge of LAA, CBRS, 5G products and implementation in enterprise building.
8. Knowledge of Client’s networks, products and services.
9. Knowledge of Client's In-building deployment program.
10. Experience working with Fuze, Site Tracker and other internal VZ tools.
11. PMI, Project Management Certification.
