Job Description

Responsibilities include:

• Manage Real Estate vendors from initial RF design through Release to Construction, including vendor management, tasks in Siterra/SiteTracker, POs, collaboration with legal teams when necessary, and adherence to all project-related policies to ensure accurate delivery of projects.
• Provide regular status updates and resolve issues as they arise.
• Provide financial management of projects and ensure that all line items in PeopleSoft are in compliance at all times.
• Provide team leadership and guidance, and the necessary direction for individual and team growth and development.
• Demonstrate professionalism by responding to emails promptly, actively participating in meetings, clearly explaining issues, providing updates, maintaining records, collaborating with other departments, and understanding the impact of the role on the overall business.
• Establish quality assurance methods, procedures, and standards.
• Interface with internal and external departments.
• Project manage a large number of projects simultaneously.
• Review and interpret leasing documents.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve Real Estate and lease-related issues as needed to meet internal or external goals.
