Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for network environments, including switching & routing, firewall, traffic management, DNS and related services.
• Monitor and manage events, perform Level I triage for networking incidents, and escalate as needed.
• Ensure incident tickets are complete and accurate in the system of record with follow-ups and awareness communications.
