Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Network Data Analyst II for a full-time, hybrid role in Kansas City. The position requires three days in-office with two remote days weekly, and focuses on maintaining Segra's on-net/near-net building list and supporting network strategy.

The analyst will generate and audit SLA service delivery reports, collaborate with upper management, and help reduce costs related to SLA credits for carrier customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience related to network performance data is preferred.
• Telecom experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the on-net/near-net building list and ensure accuracy.
• Generate and audit SLA reports for service delivery and assurance.
• Drive reduced monthly expenses as it pertains to SLA credits awarded to Carrier customers.
