Segra is seeking a qualified Network Engineer (Layer 2 Provisioning) to join our team in a full-time, hybrid role in the Kansas City area. The position focuses on provisioning, testing, and supporting E-Line and ELAN services over Segra's fiber networks, with strong emphasis on Cisco equipment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in networking or Layer 2 provisioning, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in networking engineering or Layer 2 provisioning for E-Line/ELAN.
• Experience provisioning, testing, and troubleshooting via CLI.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth support for SEGRA Networks, IP, and Ethernet networks.
• Provision, test, and troubleshoot Layer 2 services in a timely manner.
