Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Network Data Analyst II for a full-time, hybrid role in the United States. You will manage the on-net/near-net building list and support future sales opportunities, while ensuring list accuracy with the Director of Network Strategy.

You will generate and audit SLA delivery and assurance reports and help minimize expenses related to SLA credits for carrier customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in data analytics.
• 3+ years in telecom data preferred.
• Experience with SLA reporting and cost management.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.

Job description

Segra is searching for a qualified and experienced Network Data Analyst II to join us in a full-time capacity.

Location Requirement:

The work arrangement for this role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of three (3) days in the office, with flexibility to work remotely two (2) days each week.

Role Overview:

The Network Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the company's on-net/near-net building list which leads to future sales opportunities. Will assist the Director of Network Strategy in ensuring that the 500K+ list is accurate. This role is also responsible for generating and auditing Service Level Agreement (SLA) Service Delivery and Assurance reports. This role will drive reduced monthly expenses as it pertains to SLA Credits awarded to Carrier customers.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience related to network performance data is preferred.
• Telecom experience is strongly preferred.

Key Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required.
• Experience communicating with upper management preferred.
• Ability to drive projects with minimal supervision; ability to hold others accountable; operate with a sense of urgency required.
• Familiarity with Segra's Network data in OcularIP, SegraOne, Change Manager, GIS, TTS preferred.
• Familiar with Carrier Master Service Agreements and the performance requirements associated with each customer preferred.

Salary Range: $64,050.00 - $85,000
