AGM Tech Solutions - A Woman and Latina-owned IT Staffing Firm-an Inc. 5000 company is seeking a highly organized Change Manager with ServiceNow experience to coordinate network-related production changes on a one-year contract in Alpharetta, GA.

This role is focused on process and execution, not engineering, and involves collaboration with network engineering, security, leadership, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure changes are reviewed, approved, and go live as planned.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in change management, project coordination, service management, or infrastructure operations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience coordinating across technical teams and stakeholders.
• A knack for tracking action items, enforcing deadlines, and following through.
• Ability to work hybrid onsite in Alpharetta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of network change requests in ServiceNow
• Review changes for completeness, implementation and testing plans, rollback procedures, and business impact
• Coordinate and facilitate the weekly Network CAB meeting
• Secure all required approvals before production implementation
• Follow up with engineers, managers, application owners, and security teams to close gaps
• Maintain change calendars and flag scheduling conflicts across infrastructure, security, application, and network teams
• Escalate aging or at-risk changes to management
• Drive compliance with ITIL change management practices
• Support metrics, reporting, audit prep, and continuous improvement
• Partner with Network Engineering leadership to improve change quality and reduce risk
