Pioneering Evolution, LLC in Arlington, VA is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to contribute to a Mission Operating System and SyncPoint modules. You will join a team building scalable services with C#, .NET 8+, Angular, Docker, and Azure Government, delivering production-ready features in a hybrid on-site setting at our Arlington HQ.

The stack emphasizes CQRS-lite pipelines, EF Core, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and event-driven patterns.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C# and modern .NET / ASP.NET Core.
• Ability to independently build REST APIs, backend services, and real business logic.
• Entity Framework Core or a comparable ORM, and the judgment to know when to drop to SQL.
• Strong relational database fundamentals. You can read a query plan without flinching.
• Experience writing automated unit and integration tests, as a habit rather than a chore.
• The ability to deliver a complete, production-ready feature end to end.

Responsabilidades

• Own meaningful pieces of the platform or a SyncPoint module from design through production.
• Build APIs or event-driven workflows and integrate frontend UI with data layers.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects, and increasingly own the technical outcome.
