Job summary

Pioneering Evolution, LLC is hiring Software Engineers at junior to senior levels to build secure, modern enterprise software for the SyncPoint program. The team uses .NET, Angular, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, EF, RabbitMQ, and related tech in a collaborative enterprise environment.

Candidates must be able to obtain or hold an active Secret Clearance; U.S. citizenship is required. Local candidates will work hybrid 3 days a week at our Crystal City HQ (Tue–Thu).

Qualifications

• Fundamentals of software development and OO programming.
• Experience with C# or similar strongly-typed language.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with web applications, APIs, and Git.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in an enterprise setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern enterprise software with .NET and Angular.
• Develop REST APIs, backend services, business logic, and UI components.
• Implement persistence using Entity Framework and PostgreSQL.
• Create reliable integrations with internal/external systems.
• Develop async, event-driven features with RabbitMQ.
• Write automated unit/integration tests and fix defects.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Tech Lead, Data/DevOps, and product teams.
