Job summary

Periscope Search Group is seeking a VP of Operations for National Wellness Clinics in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time, hybrid role oversees multi-site outpatient operations, from patient inquiry to treatment completion, and will develop SOPs, dashboards, and ramp-up playbooks for new clinics.

You will lead clinic operations and patient access, align intake, authorization and scheduling, and collaborate with finance, clinical, marketing, technology, and expansion teams to scale the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in opening locations and scaling clinics.
• Experience in outpatient healthcare operations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across departments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day clinic operations and the patient journey from first inquiry through treatment completion.
• Set SOPs and management routines for clinic operations.
• Lead clinic and patient access leaders and optimize handoffs between intake, authorization, and scheduling.
• Build dashboards to make location-level performance visible.
• Write the clinic-opening playbook and lead ramp-up for new sites.
• Collaborate with finance, clinical, marketing, technology and expansion teams on Salesforce and AdvancedMD.
