Job summary

Greenbrook Medical is seeking a Director of Strategic Operations to own two domains: opening new clinics and securing payer contracts, while ensuring those sites run smoothly from day one. You’ll also act as the deputy to the VP of Operations, driving cross-functional projects and scalable workflows across Tampa Bay area clinics and NYC sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a strategy, consulting, or operations role, owning ambiguous problems end to end.
• 2+ years in healthcare. Medicare Advantage or value-based care is a plus but not required.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to build reports from a data warehouse.
• Project management skills and discipline to drive cross-functional work to a date.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without formal authority.
• Willingness to do unglamorous work when required and travel regularly to clinics.

Responsibilities

• Deputy to the VP of Operations; oversee performance against quarterly metrics.
• Lead launch projects for new clinics, including buildout and payer loading.
• Own the first 90 days of new clinics to ensure operational excellence.
• QB new payer go-lives from contract to live, coordinating credentialing and data feeds.
• Own integration planning for acquisitions and ongoing program improvements across operations.
• Lead standardization projects across schedule management, quality, and patient experience.
