U.S. Bank in Milwaukee seeks a Mutual Funds Relationship Manager to serve as trusted advisor, maximize client retention, and expand product development in a dynamic fund services environment.

This senior role requires 9–14 years in mutual funds or brokerage, advanced MS Office skills, and strong client communication. Hybrid schedule with in-office presence three days a week. You will coordinate meetings, review invoices and regulatory documents, and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Nine to 14 years of mutual fund related or brokerage experience.
• Advanced knowledge of financial services industry and related operations principles.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maximize client retention and expand product development and services.
• Monitor client asset levels and propose fee structure amendments.
• Conduct monthly client risk assessments for each service line.
• Coordinate interdepartmental meetings and facilitate open communication.
• Review and approve invoices, regulatory documents, and tax forms.
• Mentor and train new Relationship Managers.
