Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five to eight years of job-related experience, preferably in institutional trust and/or financial industry.
• Thorough knowledge of trust administration, products and sales.
• Thorough knowledge of account management, trust operations, project management, and legal regulations.
• Strong ability to develop new business.
• Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee management and oversight of Investment Services accounts for clients.
• Serve as primary contact, deliver high levels of service, and drive retention and revenue expansion.
• Supervise Investment Services support staff and ensure compliance with governing agreements and regulations.
