Job summary

Experience in mutual funds or brokerage, plus advanced communication and analytical skills, is essential to deliver high-quality service and support regulatory and audit processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Nine to 14 years of experience in a mutual fund related or brokerage industry position.
• Strong knowledge of financial services operations, risk and client servicing.

Responsibilities

• Maximize client retention and expand product development and services.
• Monitor client assets and propose fee structure amendments.
• Conduct risk assessments and report on service levels for each line.
• Coordinate interdepartmental meetings to develop strategies and solutions.
• Maintain client communication and facilitate tours and conferences.
