U.S. Bank in Milwaukee, WI seeks a funds operations professional to support day-to-day financial and regulatory tasks for mutual funds, ETFs, and related clients.

You will serve as main contact for fund clients, coordinate with investment advisors, custodians, accountants and auditors, monitor budgets and expenses, and help ensure SEC and GAAP compliance. This role requires a bachelor’s in accounting/finance and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong communication and MS Office skills;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles relevant to mutual funds.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for fund clients and coordinate with service providers.
• Monitor fund budgets, fees and expense activity.
• Prepare and review financial statements for shareholders.
• Test/review portfolio compliance with SEC, GAAP and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with investment advisors, custodians, transfer agents, fund accountants, attorneys and auditors.
