Qualifikationen

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field or relevant work experience.
• Minimum two years of related work experience in accounting/financial transactions or customer service.
• Prior experience in investment industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain mutual funds and IRA types.
• Solid math and computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Process a wide range of mutual fund transactions, including new account setups, purchases, redemptions, exchanges and maintenance.
• Respond to inbound calls from shareholders, institutional clients, and broker/dealers with clear guidance on account activity.
• Analyze and correct transactions, including trade cancellations and pricing adjustments.
• Support conversion and liquidation activities ensuring data accuracy throughout.
• Research and resolve shareholder requests per SEC, STA and internal policy requirements.
• Explain investment concepts to callers, including mutual funds, IRA types and fund objectives.
