Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for USBFS to service and grow client relationships within the mutual fund space. You will work with clients to understand goals, assess needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver financial solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 1–2 years in mutual funds or brokerage. A hybrid schedule with in-office days is offered and a focus on client satisfaction and accurate service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of mutual fund related or brokerage experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and operations relevant to mutual funds.

Responsibilities

• Maximize client retention and support USBFS product development and services.
• Prepare and review client documentation and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate cross-departmental communications to meet client requests.
